By registering your child for any Big Dream Academy program—including Full-Time Enrollment, Part-Time Enrollment, STEAMS Education Hub courses, and Camps—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• Students must meet the age and/or grade-level requirements for the selected program.

• Enrollment is confirmed upon submission of the required registration form and payment.

 

2. Attendance & Participation

In-Person Programs

• Students are expected to arrive on time and participate actively.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.

Virtual Programs

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes from a quiet, distraction-free environment.

• Log in on time with required materials and equipment.

• Keep cameras on unless prior arrangements have been approved.

• Participate respectfully throughout each class.

 

3. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors, classmates, and school property with respect.

• Participate positively and attentively.

• Demonstrate appropriate language and behavior at all times.

Big Dream Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.

 

4. Competition Participation

Participation in competitions is optional and requires parent approval. Competition registration fees, travel expenses, uniforms, and other related costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the Academy of any allergies, medical conditions, or accommodations before classes begin.

 

6. Technology Use

Students are expected to use school technology, online platforms, and equipment responsibly and appropriately.

 

7. School Cancellation or Schedule Changes

Big Dream Academy reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. Families will be notified as soon as possible.

 

8. Photo & Video Consent

Unless a written opt-out request is submitted before the program begins, parents grant Big Dream Academy permission to photograph or record students during classes and school activities for educational and promotional purposes.

 

9. Liability

While reasonable precautions are taken, Big Dream Academy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost personal belongings, or technology-related issues that occur during participation, except as required by law.

 

10. Emergency Contact

Parents are responsible for providing current emergency contact information. In an emergency, the Academy may seek appropriate medical assistance if a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached promptly.  Parents are responsible for all resulting medical costs.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Big Dream Academy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.

 

12. Agreement

By submitting a registration form or participating in any Big Dream Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
